| Yes, you are obligated to sign a rental agreement. We can do an agreement as short as 30 days and you can stay as long as you need the accommodations. We have had residents stay from 30 days to 4 years! |

| Currently, the minimum stay for any of our corporate apartments is 30 days. |

| Where and how do I sign my rental agreement? |
| At First Coast Rental Finders, we make it easy! We can email, fax or mail your rental agreement to you. All you need to do is sign and return back to us by email, fax or mail. |

| What About Rates? |
| Rates vary according to size of the residence, length of lease, and services provided, but the cost is generally approximately 50% less than hotels. |

| The following items are included in each apartment: |
| • Full furnishings for the living room, dining room and all bedrooms |
| • Housewares (pots and pans, forks and spoons, linens, shower curtains, etc.) |

| • All utilities including electric, gas, water, trash |

| What if I don't need all of that? |
| We can customize what is included to meet your wants and needs. |

| Do I have to set up any utilities? |
| No. We set up all utilities including electric, gas, water, trash, local phone, Cable and Internet. The utilities are put in our name and you never have to worry about them. We can even bill your company to streamline the accounting process. |

| How do I pay? |
| Our corporate apartments include all your services on one monthly invoice. We accept VISA and MasterCard. First Coast Rental Finders can even set up to bill your company directly. You can also pay by check or money order. |

| Can I bring my pet? |
| In most cases, yes you can! Each property has different rules and regulations regarding pets, their size and breed. Please let us know what type of pet you have and we will find a property that will accept it. |
