First Coast Apartments, Inc. is a full scale traditional apartment locating service owned and operated by Florida licensed real estate agents. First Coast Apartment Locators is in compliance with all applicable fair housing laws.

 

• First Coast Apartments must be listed on the guest card when visiting each property. First Coast Apartments must be listed as your rental agency on your lease application. Lease term must be 7 months or longer.

• Rental rate must be a minimum of $600 to qualify for the $110 rebate. If your rental rate is between $400 and $599 you still qualify for a $50 cash back rebate. If you have previously lived in the community or transfer to a related property you may not qualify for a rebate.

• Should the selected property withhold consent or not compensate First Coast Apartments, the rebate will be void. Rebate will typically be sent within 4-9 weeks, depending on payment from the property. There will be only one rebate per apartment lease. Rebate amount based on effective monthly rent regardless of market rate.
